Our rates

Cancellation Policy: In the event that lessee cancels sixty (60) days or more prior to the arrival date, all monies paid will be refunded, less 15% cancellation fee. If lessee cancels thirty (30) days or less prior to the arrival date, refunds (less 15%) will be based on our ability to re-book the reserved dates. Sub-leasing by the lessee is prohibited. Please note that we do not allow pets, smoking, or parties in or around our house.
