Our rates

Only confirmed guests are permitted on the property (including both lanais).
We do not permit pets, smoking, or parties anywhere on the property.
Sub-leasing by the lessee is prohibited. 

Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival date receive a full refund, minus 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 31-59 days before arrival date receive a 50% refund, minus 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 0-30 days before arrival date forfeit 100% of payment.
